A good place for a base in Berlin. The rooms are generously sized with fab showers and big firm comfy beds. The breakfast is fine and the breakfast area is bright and cheerful. There is a little cafe next door and a useful supermarket right across from the hotel. Located in an East Berlin suburb, this hotel is perfectly located for the tram into the city in 20 minutes - the stop is right outside the hotel.

Nice friendly staff, clean rooms, excellent breakfast and decent prices but I chose this hotel thinking it was at the end of the U2 U-Bahn line at Pankow and would be easy to get into the centre and back again. Unfortunately I didn't realise that Pankow is a big borough of Berlin and that the hotel is out beyond the Pankow-Heinersdorf S-bahn station and then a bus ride or a 10 minute walk away - not fun late at night in the rain. When the 50 tram is up and running from Pankow U-Bahn again it shouldn't be too bad though.

Great for what we needed. We stayed for 3 nights. The hotel is 30-40 mins into Berlin but transport system is good. Very clean hotel and all the staff were friendly and very helpful. We were overlooking the road, I’m a very light sleeper and COULDN’T hear the road at night. Tram station outside is handy and 2 stops from a major train station. Definitely recommend!

The hotel’s location was tricky to find along street. They had no parking places available. Breakfast was average, room was good enough for us as a family. Looking at the charges paid, I would say average value for money.

We stayed one night at this hotel. It is situated along a busy street with traffic all night. We ignored it and slept great. Beds are comfortable with clean linens. Hotel rooms are also clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet is delicious. Breakfast buffet is not included with the price of the hotel room. It costs 9 Euros/person extra. Complimentary water and juice are in the rooms.
